Shipping and Return Policy

  • Please note that no matter under any circumstances, postage or shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you'd like to return an item, you may do so within 28 days from the date of receipt. We only accept returns of items that are as new. If the package is securely or wrapped, make sure you have not opened the package. Otherwise, we would not accept it. You are responsible for postage and the fee to return the item. Once the item is returned to us and we've checked that it's in an as-new condition, we will issue you a full refund via the method you used to make the purchase. You shall receive the refund within 3-5 days.

  • Orders are processed on the same day. Because of this we are unable to accommodate changes, cancellations or exchanges. If you do need to change an order, please email kayleigh@bykayleigh.co and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged/defective item, please email us with your name, order number, and nature of the issue. For damages/defects, please attach a photo. We will generate a return shipping label for you to ship the item back to us. We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used.

  • If you receive the wrong item or the wrong quantity, please email us with your name and order number. We will resend the correct item to you and send you the return label for you to send the wrong item back.

    SHIPPING PRICES

    • We currently ship worldwide. A variety of shipping services is offered at checkout so that you may select the one that best fits your needs.

    • If you are ordering from the EU - please purchase via our Etsy store.

    • Please be aware the customer is responsible for their own customs fees.

    ORDER CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING EMAILS

    • You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been submitted. Once your shipment is prepared, you will receive an email with tracking information. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to display properly online.

    • For pre-orders, your order will ship as noted or as close to that date as possible. Please be aware pre-orders are expected to delay.

    NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING

    • Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments, refused shipments, order cancellations, or returns/exchanges.

    REFUSAL OF DELIVERY

    • If you refuse delivery of an order you’ve placed, it will be returned to By Kayleigh. Refunds can not be given for refused deliveries.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

    • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine these additional costs prior to purchasing.

    • For international orders, once the package leaves the country where your order is shipped from, the US, UK, NL, AU, CA, HK carrier does not have any control over delivery. If tracking states that your package has arrived in its destination country, you must contact your local post office or carrier to work with them to have the packaged delivered.
