Executive / Admin Assistant:
Hours: 2-5hrs a week. (This is a minimum and there are occasional times where more hours are available)
Location: Hybrid. Half remote/half based in our studio in Hackney Wick.
Start Date: ASAP.
End Date: January 2025 with an opportunity to go full time starting from then.
Contract Type: Freelance/Contractor.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an executive/admin assistant to join us until January 2025 - with the potential to stay on as a full time member of the team. We would love someone who has the same mission, core values and drive to succeed and really looking for someone who would love to work together in the long term. As an admin assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our founders efficiency, enabling them to focus on strategic decision-making to drive our company's growth. Our ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage tasks with discretion and professionalism. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our founder in a role that blends administration, personal assistance, and client-facing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
General: Assisting with the day to day running of the business with administrative tasks.
Diary & Inbox Management: Organising the founders schedule, appointments, podcast interviews and meetings.
A Podcast By Kayleigh: Uploading podcasts, writing podcast copy and organising our guest interviews and podcast diary.
By Kayleigh courses & education: Supporting our students, onboarding them onto the course and supporting Kayleigh with administrative tasks surrounding her teaching.
Membership Administration: Using Squarespace to manage and organise our community and membership events, students and memberships.
By Kayleigh Studio: Managing the studio environment, studio bookings and supporting Kayleigh with any administrative tasks surrounding studio bookings.
General Duties: Acting as the first point of contact for students, potential bookings, and clients.
Personal Assistance: Supporting the founder with both professional and personal tasks, ensuring smooth operations every day.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Squarespace (essential) and Asana.
Strong communication is essential and high level organisational skills.
London-based (or willing to travel into London)
Someone who is looking for a long term opportunity to work together. This opportunity would suit someone who isn’t working full time in their own business and looking for something senior within this company.
Desired:
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Previous experience in an admin role.
Podcast experience (not essential)
Video editing (not essential)
Great social media skills or at least a knowledge in the social media scene.
