March Journalling Session

Come join us for a cosy evening. Grab those hot chocolates, blankets, soothing music, candles and of course, those notebooks as I take you through my monthly journalling session. Journalling is so powerful, for self discovery, mindset and reflection. I use journaling as a powerful manifestation tool but also, a self development tool to really get to the heart of what I need to work on, work with and how to achieve my goals. In this session, I will be taking you through 20 powerful questions, to really reflect on what’s going on personally, and professionally. All you need is your notebooks and an open heart!

I just want to reiterate how journaling is so powerful by creating change and how it gives you insight into what’s holding you back. It can stop your thoughts from swirling around, taking them out of your mind and out onto paper. You can gain clarity and make decisive actions on steps that will move you forward. That’s why journalling isn’t no side hustle self development tool, the big movers out there like Oprah, she journals twice a day!
